What is SA’s delivery policy?
Delivery hours in Barbados for locally stocked products are from 5PM to 7PM, Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays from 10AM to 3PM. For local orders next day delivery is the standard with faster same day delivery available on Saturdays only. To qualify for same day delivery, your order must be placed no later than 12PM on a Saturday. Please note that next day orders placed on a Saturday after 12pm, Sundays and major holidays will be delivered the following business day.
How does delivery work?
When your order is ready for delivery you will receive a call from us to confirm that you or someone will be available to collect your order during our delivery hours. Our customer service rep will ask you to send us a location pin via WhatsApp to (246) 235-8763. The driver will contact you when he is in your area. On receiving your delivery, the driver will wait while you check your items and sign for your delivery. Please use the Order Comments field on the checkout page to note any special instructions regarding the delivery of your order.
Can I choose a delivery date later than next day?
Yes you may. Note your desired delivery date in the "Order Comments" field on the checkout page. The same delivery fees apply.
Where does SA deliver?
We provide islandwide delivery on orders over $30.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery rates vary based on your location. The delivery rate will be calculated at checkout.
Does SA ship outside of Barbados?
Yes we do! We ship to most countries worldwide. Select your Country from the drop down menu under Shipping at checkout and select Standard Shipping or Express Shipping. (If your country is not included please send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org with the item, quantity and your shipping address and we will provide you with a quote for shipping the items to you.) Orders will take approximately 2-3 business days to process. Standard Shipping is usually within 7-10 business days to the Caribbean, and 12-21 business days to other countries. Express Shipping to Miami is next business day, 2 business days to the rest of the US and Canada, 2-3 business days to the Caribbean and 3-4 business days to other countries.
What if I forget my password?
That’s ok, we’ll get you back into your account in no time. Select “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page or click here. Fill in the email address used to open your user account and we’ll send you an email containing a secure link that you can use to change your password.
How do I use the compare option?
It’s simple. Compare any two or more items by clicking on the rotating arrows icon at the bottom right corner of a product listing. Then scroll to the menu bar and click the rotating arrow icon between the Wishlist and Shopping Cart icons.
How do I create a Wishlist?
Just log into your account and select the heart icon next to any item to add it to your Wish List. To view your Wish List use the heart icon on the menu bar or simply go to your account page.
Can I share my Wish List?
You can share your Wish List with anyone. Go to “My Account” or click here: On the My Account page click Wish Lists. Click Share next to the wish list you want to share then copy the link provided and share it via your desired medium.
Is there a minimum order total?
No, there is no minimum order, however, there is a minimum order of $30BBD for delivery.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of an order you’ve placed, go to My Account or click here. Click the Orders tab then click on the order number to view its status.
Where can I find my Order History?
To view your Order History you must be logged in. Click Orders on “My Account” page or from the dropdown menu.
Can I re-order items?
You can fast-track your shopping by re-ordering previous orders from the “ Orders” tab on your account page. Choose the order number and select “Reorder” from the “Actions” section on the bottom right side of the page.
How do I contact you about my order?
You can send a message in Messages under your account tab and we will respond to you swiftly.
How do I print my invoice?
Go to your account page and click Orders. Select the order number and click the Print Invoice button beneath Order Details to the right side of the page.
Where is my order prepared and by who?
All orders are prepared by the retail staff at the location of the retailer that you purchase from online.
How do I pay for my order?
We currently process payments through PayPal. Prices on SwiftAisle are listed in USD, unless you have changed the listing currency from the Currency dropdown at the top right corner of the screen (desktop only). We are working on adding other payment methods soon.
I have a coupon, how do I use it?
You can enter your code in the “Coupon/Gift Certificate” field during Checkout, and click apply to receive your savings.
Can I purchase a gift certificate for someone?
You can purchase and send a SwiftAisle Gift Certificate from the Gift Certificate tab to the left of your account tab: Select Gift certificate > Purchase Gift Certificate. Fill in the required information. Select Preview to view certificate or select Add Gift Certificate to Cart. When you’re ready to pay for your Gift Certificate go to checkout. After purchase your recipient will receive an email with instructions on how to use their SwiftAisle Gift Certificate.
How do I use my gift certificate?
To redeem a gift certificate at SwiftAisle, follow the simple steps below. You need your unique gift certificate code, which is part of the gift certificate that was emailed to you as an attachment. It will look something like Z50-Y6K-COS-402. Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would. Click the 'View Cart' link to view the contents of your shopping cart. Type your gift certificate code in to the 'Redeem Gift Certificate' box and click 'Go'.
How do I Check Gift Certificate Balance?
You can check the balance of a gift certificate by typing the code into the box provided on the Check Gift Certificate Balance page here.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order by visiting the Messages section on your account page, and sending us a message or by calling us at 1 (246) 235-8763 within 30 minutes of placing your order. You won’t be able to cancel your order after 30 minutes have passed, but once the items have arrived, you can visit the retailer to initiate a return.
What is SA’s return policy?
Our return/refund policy is subject to the retailer’s return/refund policy and will vary by retailer. You can initiate a return by calling or visiting customer service at the retail outlet. Keep in mind that you must present your SwiftAisle invoice as proof of payment.
